Shortcut on phone screen

To create a shortcut on your android phone screen, 

Step 1

Download the above photo

Step 2

Go to the download folder

Step 3

Press & hold the downloaded file

Step 4

Press on "Add to home screen"

P.S. Make sure you have Google drive app installed on your device.

To create a shortcut on your I phone screen, 

Step 1

Save your the above photo in the Files app — preferably in iCloud Drive (not just locally on your iPhone).

Step 2

Launch the Shortcuts app (pre-installed on all iPhones).

Tap the "+" to create a new shortcut.

Step 3

Tap “Add Action.”

Search for and select “Get File”.

Toggle ON “Show Document Picker” (optional if you want to select manually).

OR toggle OFF and tap “File” to pre-select the PDF from iCloud Drive.

After "Get File", tap “+” and add “Quick Look” or “Open File” to view it when tapped.

Step 4

Tap the share icon (box with arrow) at the bottom.

Select “Add to Home Screen.”

Customize the name and icon if you want.

Tap “Add.”

Now, the shortcut will appear like an app on your home screen and, when tapped, it will open the PDF file.

P.S. Make sure you have Google drive app installed on your device.
